Our tanks are crafted using SA-414G plate steel and safely manufactured to Section VIII of the ASME Code and industry standards. Our claim to quality is made possible by sourcing components from the top vendors in the industry, including RegO® valves.Our paint standards are stringent. After a series of rigorous tests ensures lasting quality and maximum protection, our paint is applied at a high gloss so you can be confident your assets are protected.
Manufacturing
Quality Steel maintains key industry certifications to continue providing the highest quality product available. These certifications include: • ASME U Stamp • ASME R Stamp • UL Certification of aboveground propane tanks With our commitment to continuous improvement, Quality Steel has invested in and implemented a manufacturing process that uses modern technology. Quality Steel invests significant capital into its facilities by using the most advanced welding equipment and the highest-quality, domestically sourced welding materials. While state-of-the-art facilities are necessary, the greatest investment Quality Steel makes is in its people. Our manufacturing teams are expertly trained and held to the highest standards. We use 3rd party, independent quality testing in our manufacturing facilities each day. This ensures our products are safely manufactured to Section VIII of the ASME Code and industry standards and ready for safe use by our customers.
